COP28 climate summit begins in Dubai

The world's largest climate summit begins Thursday in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with 2023 set to be the hottest year ever recorded on Earth.

Valerie Volcovici, a U.S. climate and energy policy correspondent for the Reuters news agency, joined CBS News to discuss the conference.
